Teddy is one of the most patient and caring manager that one can find. Being fairly new in the industry, I required a lot of guidance and hand-holding because being a realtor is definitely no easy feat. However, the support I get from Teddy personally and the whole support system in his division is impeccable. As a young realtor, I aim to work as hard as I can to be successful but working hard does not equal to success. You have to work smart as well. Teddy does not only motivate his division to work hard, but he also teaches us how to work smart.
