Despite the ensuing panic and urgency, a buyer was successfully secured at an excellent price for the client. My team would often ask me what they should do if they faced a similar situation; while there isn't a model solution as each situation is different, my philosophy is to be objective, think outside the box, and always put the clients' needs first.
While I commit my fullest effort and energy to each and every customer, I apply the same coaching philosophy to my team. Apart from one-to-one coaching, the team has my complete support and is well poised to succeed. Their success is a far greater achievement to me and any individual awards.
One of the many areas that my team and I have a lot of experience and expertise in is the upgrading of HDB to private property.
