ABOUT ME

My life-long passion in the real estate industry had inspired me through my formal training in the real estate business in the Polytechnic, to the throng of accolades such as the Propnex top 400 Agents (2019) and many others. Yet, my greatest achievement is the privilege to lead and mentor the most energetic, dynamic, and driven team of realtors in the industry.

Being one of the youngest team leaders and associate division director at Propnex, I firmly believe in capitalizing on new marketing techniques in social media and establishing a strong digital presence on top of the traditionally passive methods. My team and I are highly effective at creating active engagements through relevant avenues, which I believe yields the greatest result when compared to the conventional passive approach that many in the industry are still practicing.

Being a realtor is much more than just selling houses. A truly successful realtor achieves his clients' goals and upholds the highest level of trust and integrity. Over the years, I have successfully managed a diverse portfolio with a vast spectrum of unique circumstances.

I am a huge proponent of creative problem solving and love the challenge of demanding transactions. Iโ€™ve handled clients whoโ€™d purchase a new upgraded unit before selling theirs. Despite the ensuing panic and urgency, a buyer was successfully secured at an excellent price for the client. My team would often ask me what they should do if they faced a similar situation; while there isn't a model solution as each situation is different, my philosophy is to be objective, think outside the box, and always put the clients' needs first.

While I commit my fullest effort and energy to each and every customer, I apply the same coaching philosophy to my team. Apart from one-to-one coaching, the team has my complete support and is well poised to succeed. Their success is a far greater achievement to me and any individual awards.

One of the many areas that my team and I have a lot of experience and expertise in is the upgrading of HDB to private property. This often requires aiding the clients in realizing their financial plan framework to assess feasibility. I take the most joy out of helping our clients see the possibilities of their dream homes, investment goals, and how the real estate market could be the key to help them achieve their aspirations.

While I have taken many young aspiring realtors under my wing, I am forever a student of lifelong learning of the property market. I based my strategy and advice on facts and figures. I am a highly analytical realtor and encourage those under my mentorship to be the same. That is why you would often see me sharing industry knowledge through various topics such as "How to Select the Right Unit to Buy", "How to Time the Market Cycle", and many more.
